Returns and Refunds
If you have a problem with your online purchase either email us at returns@mrmac.com or call 888-676-2201 between 9am and 5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. We can either exchange merchandise for a better fit or we will email you a shipping label for the return of merchandise. Returns may also be returned to any one of the Mr Mac locations with a copy of your Invoice.
Returns or Exchange Internet merchandise needs to be as follows for full credit.
- Unworn clothing with tags still attached
- Shoes unworn and still in the box
- Shirts still in the wrapper ( one shirt may be opened for sizing)
Returns and Exchanges over $50 - call or email for a free return sticker
Returns and Exchanges under $50 - will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return.

Once the returned merchandise has been received a credit will be applied to the credit card account of the original charge. Some Banks do not credit your account for a few days after our transaction. You will need to call your Bank for further assistance.
